MINUTES OF THE FIRST QUARTER MEETING OF ICNHS BATCH 2001 OFFICERS HELD ON FEBRUARY 25, 2013 AT 2 PM AT DUNKIN DONUTS, ILIGAN CITY

After with quorum duly constituted, the President called the meeting to order.
Matters covered in the discussion:
- The Secretary was assigned to retrieve from the previous officers the previous files (if any) or produce from the ICNHS 2001 yearbook the list of the names of the batch members.
- The annual membership fee of Php5.00 shall be collected during the 4th reunion on December 2013. The officers agreed that this shall be the starting amount as a source of fund for (1) donation purposes; (2) expenses for citywide activities involvement; (3) community services (4) future projects; and (5) other activities or projects. With this fund, opening an account through BPI bank is possible. However, this shall be discussed also and agreed by the members during the 4th reunion.
- The officers, as well as the batch members with a Facebook account, are encouraged to join “ICNHS Alumni” facebook group.
- The design and color of the t-shirt for the incoming 50th Grand Alumni Homecoming shall be proposed and debated in the facebook page.
- The proposed venue of the 4th reunion for 2001 batch is either in Midway Beach Resort or at Plaza Alemania. This topic shall be debated also on the facebook page.
- The start of the collection of the pledges and registration fee shall be in May 2013. Acknowledgment receipts shall be provided for every payment made by any members.
- Any reports made by treasurer and auditor shall be posted at https://omenjapar.blogspot.com/p/when-in-icnhs.html.
- Topics to be discussed for the 2nd Quarter Meeting in May 2013:
- Committee for the 4th Batch Reunion
- Committee for the 50th Grand Alumni Homecoming

Php 2,500 as downpayment for Alumni tickets

MINUTES OF THE THIRD QUARTER MEETING OF ICNHS BATCH 2001 OFFICERS HELD ON OCTOBER 13, 2013 AT 2:30 PM AT DUNKIN DONUTS, QUEZON AVENUE, ILIGAN CITY

After with quorum duly constituted, the President called the meeting to order.
Matters covered in the discussion:
- The Batch President shall propose the collection for pledges from other batchmates through the facebook page.
- The Vice-President shall inquire for possible venue of the 4th Batch reunion and the catering services that will be contacted during the reunion. Food for a minimum number of 100 attendees of the reunion shall be the quantity to be asked from the catering services.
- The Secretary and Auditor is in-charged of the registration and collection of registration fees with acknowledgement receipts. The registration fees is still Php 300, same as last December 2012 reunion.
- Mr. Kirk Gaborno will be assigned for organizing the parlor games for the reunion. The President is tasked to ask Mr. Gaborno regarding this.
- The President to draft a solicitation letter for all officers to sign and to be distributed by the officers to whomever their prospects preferably not members of the batch.
- The president to inquire from Zammi Printstation on October 18, 2013 a possible design for the batch reunion t-shirt to be disseminated through the facebook page. The possible color is black and white.
- As reported by the Auditor the balance for the pledges collected during the ICNHS 50th Anniversary is Php 440. The liquidation report is to be posted in the blog site https://icnhsbatch2001.blogspot.com.
