The designing and printing of reunion t-shirts started in the year 2011 during the batch presidency of Ms. Amirah Labe. The first designed t-shirt was with a "The Survivor" logo.

During the 2nd reunion in 2011, it was only the officers who have seen wearing the t-shirt. Though the president campaigned for it only a few batch members availed of the pay-for-print t-shirt.
It was in the 4th reunion last December 2013 that reunion t-shirts were extensively encouraged among batch members whether attending or not in the 4th reunion in as far as to those working abroad. The order and shipment of t-shirt reached as far as Hong Kong internationally and as far as Palawan locally.
This year for the 5th batch reunion in December 2014, another design was created with the leadership of Mr. Braindol Abad together with the 2014 officers.

The front design is a housing structure that surrounds the words "ICNHS 2001 Batch Reunion". The back portion has the print of the word "HOME" with a caption "where you treat your Friends like family and your Family like friends".
